How long should I commit to coaching?

While single sessions are available, sustainable transformation typically requires 3-6 months of consistent work. The 3-Month Intensive is designed for this reason, but you can start with Monthly Momentum and continue month-to-month.

What if I need to reschedule?

Life happens. Please provide 24 hours notice for rescheduling. Sessions cancelled with less notice will be forfeited.

Can I switch packages?

Yes! You can upgrade or adjust your package at any time.

What's the difference between weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly sessions?

Weekly sessions are recommended for active transformation and building new practices. Bi-weekly works well for sustained growth and accountability. Monthly is best for established practices and long-term guidance.

Is this therapy?

No. Coaching is not therapy and is not a substitute for therapy, medical treatment, or professional advice. Coaching focuses on your present and future - on building practices, gaining clarity, and creating sustainable change.
